To stay healthy everyday, play PING-PONG on Sherman Way. Allen & Sons Table Tennis Club is the only club in the West Valley Open Weekdays 10 AM – 10 PM Saturday & Sunday 10 AM – 6 PM Located a half block east to Topanga Canyon (Across the street from Big Lots)   Our facility is great for everyone. Whether you’re a beginner or a professional, you will find what you need here. There are 8 Butterfly Centerfold tables, which are ITTF approved for tournaments. We have paddles and balls to rent. We have air conditioning to keep you cool while you play. Come and practice with our Newgy robot. The Newgy robot is an advanced system that plays balls to your side of the table and collects them as you play them back. It’s a great way to practice your game. When you need to take a break for a little rest, enjoy our complimentary wifi to surf the web. Get the kids active after school. Our program is available every Wednesday 4:00pm – 5:30pm. See Kids Table Tennis Academy for more details.

Attention Women:

Join us Wednesdays at 10AM, with coach Bella will teach you how to have fun with this sport, especially recommended for women. Table Tennis is truly gender and age neutral sport which can be practiced even in retirement age by literally anyone. It is a great alternative to traditional work out and its proven cardio benefits yet low impact on joints is second to no other sports. Studies have suggested that participating in this sport helps against Alzheimer and dementia. As seen on Dr.Oz show. “It can actually help prevent Alzheimer’s disease. The game requires hand-eye coordination, quick decision-making and the rapid eye movement of the game requires the brain to do intensely fast analysis. Predicting where the ball will fall demands mental power and constant recalculation.”

Coach Bella is a USA Open Gold and Silver medalist among women for 2013.

Cost of this class is $20 per person.
